The Print format option exports records in a format suitable for printing. It includes a more concise set of fields in the exported record than the Tagged (Full) format, by excluding fields such as physical description, series title, notes and subjects. The Tagged (Short) option exports records in a format with two-letter field tags, which can be imported into EndNote.

Please note that it is not possible to download records in MARC format from Library Hub Discover. The different export format options are outlined below. Only the record you are currently viewing will be downloaded. The steps are the same in the record display and on the holdings screens, except that you do not have the option to choose how many records to download. Depending on the browser you are using and your local settings, you will either be prompted to save the file, or it will be saved automically to your downloads folder. Choose whether you would like to export all of the records on the current page or the first 2,500 records from your results set, select a format for the exported records from the dropdown menu, and then click 'Export'.

On any results page, the Export option is located at the bottom of the list of records. You can export multiple records at once from the search results list, or single records from either the full record display or the holdings screen.

You can export records from Library Hub Discover to save locally, or for use in reference management or bibliographic software of your choice.
